Suicide Counselling Dublin
Most of us at some time in our lives experience suicidal thoughts or feel
suicidal: the thought of “I can’t go on”, “I want it all to end” and “It’s
hopeless”. It may be more of a need for the pain to end than not wanting to
live.
Suicidal experience has become even more prevalent in the current socio-economic
climate with extreme life challenges and lifestyle changes that have brought
about tremendous struggles in relationships both in our professional and private
lives.
Suicidal thoughts can be triggered by any or all of the following:
- Emotional Health
- Physical Health
- Current life experience and challenges such as relationships,
employment/unemployment and financial.
